Zorra është në qendër të interesit mjekësor dhe shkencor – më saktësisht, triliona baktere që e kolonizojnë atë. Me avancimin e kërkimeve mbi mikrobiomën, po bëhet gjithnjë e më e qartë se çfarë roli qendror luajnë bakteret intestinale për shëndetin tonë, si edhe për zhvillimin – dhe rrjedhimisht edhe trajtimin – e sëmundjeve. Përmes punës së tij shkencore, Instituti AllergoSan po kontribuon në mënyrë vendimtare në formësimin e mjekësisë së shekullit XXI – dhe këtë e bën prej më shumë se 30 vitesh. Në fokus të kërkimit janë bakteret që gjenden natyrshëm në trupin e njeriut.

Cilësia është në ADN-në tonë
Instituti AllergoSan prej rreth 30 vitesh është i lidhur ngushtë me kërkimin dhe terapinë probiotike dhe, me markën tradicionale OMNi-BiOTiC®, nuk është rastësisht numri 1¹ në tregun e probiotikëve. Qasja rigoroze në përzgjedhjen e këtyre mikrobeve me origjinë humane paraqitet veçanërisht mirë në një studim² të AKH Vjenë: nga zorra dhe vagina e grave të shëndetshme u izoluan pikërisht ato mikrobe që janë përgjegjëse për një kolonizim të shëndetshëm vaginal. Më të fuqishmet prej tyre përzgjidhen përmes proceseve të gjata kërkimore, me qëllim trajtimin e grave me probleme si infeksionet urinare të përsëritura, vaginozat bakteriale ose infeksionet mykotike, në mënyrë krejtësisht natyrale – duke vepruar mbi shkakun dhe në mënyrë të qëndrueshme – me baktere probiotike që jetojnë vazhdimisht te njerëzit e shëndetshëm. “Instituti AllergoSan përdor të gjithë njohurinë e fituar ndër dekada dhe investon shuma të mëdha në kërkim, për të identifikuar për probleme të ndryshme shëndetësore pikërisht ato shtame bakteriale që më pas përdoren në produktet me emrin OMNi-BiOTiC® dhe që, falë efektit të tyre të ndjeshëm, bëjnë që klientët të kthehen në mbështetës të entuziazmuar”, shpjegon Prof. Anita Frauwallner.
Mjekët dhe farmacistët u besojnë këtyre probiotikëve, sepse ekzistojnë prova përkatëse mbi efektivitetin e tyre, të publikuara në revista shkencore të nivelit të lartë. Kështu, për shembull, studimi mbi trajtimin probiotik të diarresë së lidhur me përdorimin e antibiotikëve, i publikuar në revistën ndërkombëtarisht të njohur American Journal of Gastroenterology, u përzgjodh në atë kohë nga WGO si një nga 15 studimet më të mira në botë mbi probiotikët. Vlerësim të lartë morën edhe punimet mbi përdorimin e probiotikëve gjatë shtatzënisë, të cilat treguan se mund të modulohet sistemi imunitar dhe, në këtë mënyrë, edhe te fëmijët me predispozitë gjenetike të ulet ndjeshëm shfaqja e alergjive, astmës dhe neurodermitit. Këto rezultate u publikuan në revistën shkencore prestigjioze Allergy si studimi PANDA. Një sukses i veçantë studimor u publikua në revistën Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics: në bashkëpunim me Universitetin Mjekësor të Grazit, u tregua qartë se përmes një probiotiku të zhvilluar posaçërisht, funksioni i dëmtuar i mëlçisë mund të përmirësohej edhe te pacientët me cirrozë të rëndë të mëlçisë – një mundësi terapeutike e paprecedentë deri më sot, e cila, për më tepër, nuk shoqërohet me efekte të padëshiruara, siç ndodh në rastin e transplantit të mëlçisë, që është alternativa e vetme ndaj këtij trajtimi probiotik.
Investim i vazhdueshëm në kërkim
Kërkimi mbi boshtin zorrë-tru
Gjetjet më të fundit nga fusha e kërkimit mbi boshtin zorrë-tru tregojnë se modulimi i florës intestinale me baktere probiotike ka një ndikim pozitiv në cilësinë e gjumit. Në kuadër të një studimi në Universitetin Mjekësor të Grazit, persona të shëndetshëm me probleme gjumi morën për katër javë një probiotik të zhvilluar posaçërisht për të vepruar mbi boshtin zorrë-tru, ose një placebo. Në fillim të studimit dhe pas periudhës katërjavore të përdorimit, pjesëmarrësit plotësuan një pyetësor specifik mbi cilësinë e gjumit dhe dorëzuan mostra të jashtëqitjes. Pas vetëm katër javësh përdorimi të probiotikut, cilësia e gjumit u përmirësua në mënyrë të ndjeshme dhe dukshëm më shumë krahasuar me grupin placebo. Efekti i probiotikut ishte veçanërisht pozitiv në shkurtimin e kohës së nevojshme për të rënë në gjumë dhe në një gjumë më çlodhës. Për më tepër, probiotiku çoi në një ndryshim pozitiv të matshëm të florës intestinale të pjesëmarrësve.³
Rezultate interesante në fushën e psikiatrisë tregon një studim i publikuar së fundmi mbi përmirësimin e funksionit të nervit vagus në rastin e depresionit.⁴ Nervi vagus është nervi kranial më i gjatë; ai shtrihet nga trungu i trurit deri në kavitetin abdominal dhe luan një rol të rëndësishëm në transmetimin e informacionit ndërmjet zorrës dhe trurit. Ai kontrollon funksione jetike, si frekuenca e zemrës, tretja, frymëmarrja, metabolizmi dhe sistemi imunitar. Studimet tregojnë se te pacientët me depresion nuk është e reduktuar vetëm aktiviteti i nervit vagus, por edhe shumëllojshmëria e florës intestinale. Një ndryshim negativ i florës intestinale, pra disbioza, mund të çojë në çlirimin e proteinave që nxisin inflamacionin, në dëmtime të mukozës intestinale dhe në një përgjigje imunitare të ndryshuar. Këto ndryshime mund të sjellin çrregullime të shëndetit mendor dhe të kontribuojnë në zhvillimin e depresionit. Një studim i kryer në Universitetin Mjekësor të Grazit dhe i publikuar së fundmi në një revistë shkencore shumë të vlerësuar tregoi qartë se përdorimi i një probiotiku të zhvilluar posaçërisht me veprim anti-inflamator, për një periudhë 3-mujore, çon në një përmirësim të ndjeshëm të funksionit të nervit vagus te pacientët me depresion, gjë që mund të ndikojë pozitivisht edhe në gjendjen emocionale. Vlen të theksohet gjithashtu se frekuenca e zemrës në mëngjes u normalizua dhe cilësia e gjumit u ndikua pozitivisht, duke bërë që nevoja për barna gjumi të ishte më e ulët. Probiotikët me rëndësi mjekësore hapin kështu mundësi të reja premtuese për trajtimin mbështetës të depresionit.
Shëndeti i gruas dhe shtatzënia
Në fushën e gjinekologjisë, një studim mbi përdorimin e probiotikëve në infeksionet me streptokok të grupit B (GBS) te gratë shtatzëna ka treguar rezultate të qarta pozitive.⁵ Ndërsa kolonizimi me GBS te nëna zakonisht nuk shkakton simptoma, ai mund të ndikojë në shëndetin e të porsalindurit, prandaj masat parandaluese efektive janë shumë të rëndësishme. Një probiotik i veçantë, i përbërë nga katër laktobacile, iu administrua grave shtatzëna me tampon pozitiv për GBS gjatë periudhës nga java e 15-të deri në javën e 34-t të shtatzënisë. Përdorimi i probiotikut gjatë shtatzënisë u shoqërua me një ulje të ndjeshme të kolonizimit me GBS:
Përqindja e grave GBS-negative u rrit nga 0% në fillim të studimit, në 50% në tremujorin e dytë dhe në 90% në tremujorin e tretë – pa rikolonizim nga ky mikrob gjatë periudhës së vëzhgimit. Këto rezultate tregojnë në mënyrë mbresëlënëse se mbështetja e një flore vaginale të shëndetshme ndihmon në reduktimin e kolonizimit me GBS përpara lindjes, në parandalimin e infeksioneve te të porsalindurit dhe, si rrjedhojë, edhe në uljen e përdorimit të antibiotikëve.
Boshti zorrë–lëkurë dhe sistemi imunitar
Zorra ndikon në lëkurën tonë – më shumë sesa mendojnë shumë njerëz. Përmes boshtit zorrë–lëkurë, mikrobioma intestinale komunikon me sistemin tonë imunitar dhe me lëkurën. Kur flora intestinale del nga ekuilibri, kjo mund të çojë në çrregullim të funksionit barrierë, reaksione inflamatore dhe shqetësime tipike të lëkurës, si neurodermiti, aknet ose urtikaria. Edhe simptomat e alergjisë kanë lidhje me zorrën, sepse mikrobioma intestinale luan një rol të rëndësishëm në rregullimin e sistemit tonë imunitar. Një analizë shkencore aktuale me mbi 1,400 pjesëmarrës⁶ ka treguar se një probiotik multispecies i formuluar në mënyrë specifike, i përbërë nga 6 shtame bakteriale, ndihmon në rikthimin e ekuilibrit të florës intestinale. Si rezultat, problemet e lëkurës dhe alergjitë mund të lehtësohen ndjeshëm – madje brenda vetëm 8 javësh, me përdorim dy herë në ditë. Në total, problemet e lëkurës u përmirësuan me 83%. Simptomat e neurodermitit, si skuqja ose tharja e lëkurës, u reduktuan me 81%. Shqetësimet e lidhura me aknet u ulën me 83%. Çrregullimet e gjumit të shkaktuara nga problemet e lëkurës u përmirësuan me 79%. Mbështetja e synuar e florës intestinale mund të jetë kështu një plotësim efektiv i terapisë klasike të lëkurës – veçanërisht në kombinim me një pomadë probiotike, e cila forcon lokalisht barrierën e lëkurës dhe rregullon inflamacionin nga jashtë. Në kuadër të kësaj analize, brenda vetëm 8 javësh përdorimi të probiotikut u vërejt gjithashtu se simptomat e alergjisë mund të reduktoheshin ndjeshëm. Simptoma tipike si rrjedhja e hundëve, kruajtja e syve dhe vështirësia në frymëmarrje u përmirësuan me 88%. Prirja për infeksione u ul me 76% falë përdorimit të probiotikut. Gjithashtu, shqetësimet gastrointestinale, si dhimbjet e barkut, fryrja dhe diarreja, u përmirësuan me 88%.
Rezultate të tjera interesante në fushën e dermatologjisë janë publikuar së fundmi mbi temën e erës së keqe të këmbëve.⁷ Sipas vetëdeklarimit të pjesëmarrësve, përdorimi për dy javë i një banje probiotike për këmbët tregoi se era e keqe e këmbëve u përmirësua gjatë periudhës së përdorimit. Te rreth 55% e pjesëmarrësve u arrit madje eliminimi i plotë i erës së keqe të këmbëve. Djersitja e tepërt është një nga shqetësimet më të zakonshme në zonën e këmbëve. Lagështia e vazhdueshme jo vetëm që favorizon krijimin e erës së pakëndshme, por edhe rritjen e mikrobeve të padëshiruara, dhe mund të ndikojë ndjeshëm në mirëqenien e personave të prekur. Banja probiotike për këmbët arriti ta lehtësojë ndjeshëm edhe këtë simptomatikë. Kështu, 54% e personave të prekur shfaqën një reduktim shumë të rëndësishëm të djersitjes së këmbëve. Edhe shqetësime të tjera, si rrjepja e lëkurës, çarjet e lëkurës, kruajtja dhe dhimbjet djegëse, u reduktuan te një pjesë e madhe e personave të prekur. Vlen të theksohet se, sipas vetëvlerësimit të pjesëmarrësve, edhe myku i këmbëve u lehtësua me rreth 78% pas vetëm 2 javësh përdorimi.
Dhimbje kronike
Në një studim klinik mbi sindromën funksionale të dhimbjes janë vërtetuar efekte pozitive të probiotikëve te pacientët e prekur. Kjo sindromë përfaqëson një perceptim kronik të dhimbjes. Në këtë rast, dhimbja e ka humbur funksionin e saj të vërtetë si sinjal paralajmërues dhe orientues, dhe bëhet vetë një sëmundje. Ajo shpesh shoqërohet edhe me shqetësime të tjera, si çrregullime të gjumit, mungesë oreksi, irritueshmëri e shtuar dhe gjendje depresive. Në kuadër të këtij studimi klinik u dëshmua qartë se përdorimi për tre muaj i një probiotiku të zhvilluar posaçërisht me veprim anti-inflamator çoi në një reduktim të ndjeshëm të intensitetit të perceptuar të dhimbjes me 69%. Si rrjedhojë, u reduktuan edhe kufizimet në jetën e përditshme, çrregullimet e ankthit dhe stresi, duke sjellë një përmirësim të dukshëm të cilësisë së jetës për pacientët e prekur. Është mbresëlënëse që te të gjithë pjesëmarrësit përdorimi i qetësuesve të dhimbjes u ul ndjeshëm ose mund të ndërpritej plotësisht. Prandaj, përdorimi i synuar i këtij probiotiku përfaqëson një mundësi premtuese si terapi shoqëruese për pacientët me dhimbje.⁸
Flora intestinale e të porsalindurve
Studimet tregojnë qartë se një kolonizim mikrobial i paekuilibruar në fazat e hershme të jetës jo vetëm që mund të favorizojë zhvillimin e çrregullimeve gastrointestinale, por mund të ketë edhe ndikime të gjera në shëndet. 30% e të gjithë të porsalindurve preken gjatë tre muajve të parë të jetës nga kolika shumë të pakëndshme, të cilat karakterizohen nga të qara të tepërta, gazra, bark i fortë dhe mbledhje e këmbëve në mënyrë spazmatike. Foshnjat e prekura kanë një florë intestinale më pak të larmishme, me një numër më të reduktuar bakteresh të dobishme, si laktobacilet, dhe me një numër më të lartë mikrobesh patogjene. Në kuadër të një vëzhgimi të përdorimit, pjesëmarrëset morën gjatë muajit të fundit të shtatzënisë një probiotik multispecies në formë pluhuri, të zhvilluar posaçërisht për periudhën e shtatzënisë dhe për vitin e parë të jetës.⁹ Gjatë tre muajve të parë pas lindjes, të porsalindurit morën të njëjtin probiotik në formën e re të përdorimit, të zhvilluar posaçërisht për foshnjat: si probiotik në pika vaji. Një herë në javë u plotësua një pyetësor i shkurtër online mbi gjendjen e foshnjave dhe shqetësimet e tyre gastrointestinale. Në mënyrë të dukshme, administrimi i këtij probiotiku me cilësi të lartë arriti të reduktonte ndjeshëm si gazrat, ashtu edhe shfaqjen e barkut të fortë, mbledhjen spazmatike të këmbëve dhe shtrirjen e tepërt të trupit. Prandaj, përdorimi i këtyre shtameve bakteriale të përzgjedhura posaçërisht jo vetëm që kontribuon në një kolonizim optimal mikrobial të zorrës që nga lindja, por gjithashtu redukton shfaqjen e simptomave të kolikave.
